Founded in 2020, Durianpay is a next-generation B2B payments software platform enabling seamless transactions across Indonesia. With a mission to modernize and democratize payments for businesses, we focus on making transactions cheaper, faster, and more efficient. With over 50 million transactions processed monthly, we serve clients across diverse industries, including consumer goods, retail, automotive, and financial services.

From 2022 to 2023, we tripled our revenue, and between January and August 2024, we achieved the same growth again. Our relentless focus on product-market fit and profitability has been central to our success. We prioritize rapid experimentation, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, and adapt quickly — ensuring we consistently evolve and meet the needs of our clients.

We're looking for a Human Resources Lead to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles and departments, along with other HR functions such as employee relations, industrial relations, and more.

Job description and key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategy development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and continuous improvement through best practices and data-driven reporting.
  • Coordinate and act as a discussion partner for various stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure a well-targeted, smooth, and efficient hiring process.
  • Lead employee relations across the company, serving as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, and providing clear, thoughtful guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive employer branding strategy and campaigns to attract and retain top talents.
  • Oversee HR administrative activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth execution of all processes.
  • Lead and mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices across various HR areas.
  • Manage HR-related audit requirements (e.g. ISO 27001), ensuring that all HR aspects are properly covered and compliant with the standards.
  • Ensure the consistent application of labor laws in day-to-day HR practices and alignment with regulatory requirements, while liaising with external parties (e.g. government authorities) as needed.
  • Supervise and manage the performance evaluations of employees nearing the end of their probation or contract period.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance review process, including cycle planning, stakeholder alignment, calibration, and ensuring fair, consistent, and data-driven evaluations across the organization.
  • Conduct and supervise new hire onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Leverage HR-related data to provide insights for various stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date HR database, including hiring records, employee information, and more.
  • Participate in and/or lead various HR projects and initiatives, both locally and globally.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and industrial relations.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (behavioural, competency-based, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws in Indonesia.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and related cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Fluent English and Bahasa verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in managing global HR operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and employer branding tools is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor).
