- Partner with HR department on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
- Concepting and managing employee related event
- Help with additional HR task as needed
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate Student or Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Have knowledge about recruitment process
- Understand English both oral and writtenHave a good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Eager to learn, high result driven, detailed and iniciative
- Preferably domicile Malang and wilingly working on site if needed
