What You’ll Be Up To:
- 👥 People Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities (events, surveys, team building), and help collect feedback to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
- 🗂️ HR Services & Coordination: Assist in managing HR operations such as HRIS updates, employment letters, onboarding/offboarding processes, and keeping HR documentation well-organized and up-to-date.
- 🧑💼 Recruitment Exposure: Get hands-on experience in the hiring process, from job posting and interview coordination to supporting a smooth onboarding journey.
- 📢 Internal Communication & Culture: Help craft HR announcements, content, and initiatives that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected.
- 🤝 Learning & Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture team to learn how HR runs day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous improvements.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Sociable and approachable personality, enjoys interacting with people
- Trustworthy and professional when handling confidential information
- Strong writing skills with good structure and grammar
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing HR documents, data, and records
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new things
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, Google Workspace, or other HR-related systems.
- Experience in organizing events, projects, or community activities (e.g., campus events, organizations).
