What You’ll Be Up To:
- 🧑💼 Support end-to-end recruitment: Be involved in the full hiring process from posting job openings to onboarding new team members, helping us grow a strong and passionate team.
- 🗂️ Organize the essentials: Maintain and tidy up employee data and digital records so everything’s easy to find and up-to-date.
- 📝 Bring clarity: Assist in drafting and structuring SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to help teams work smarter.
- 📊 Keep track of growth: Help monitor employee attendance and performance KPIs to keep the team growing in the right direction.
- 📢 Spread the good vibes: Support the creation of HR internal event and content like holiday announcements, cheerful messages.
- 💡 Drive improvements: Help execute initiatives to improve HR processes, boost team engagement, and build a positive workplace culture.
- 🤝 Learn the ropes: Work closely with the People & Culture team and experience what it’s like to run day-to-day HR operations.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For:
- 🎓 Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- 😊 Sociable and approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people
- 🔐 Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with care
- 🧠 Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new things
- ✍️ Strong writing skills with good structure and grammar
- 🔍 Detail-oriented, especially in organizing data and writing clearly
