Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files and databases.
- Employee Engagement: Help with employee surveys, organizing events, or team-building activities.
- Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee attendance and leave records.
Kualifikasi
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Skills:
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Goggle Workspace is a plus.
Personal Traits: Discipline, teamwork ability, and confidentiality.
- Available to commit to a 3-6 month internship
