
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in designing and maintaining learning program matrices for competency development.
- Support the execution of training programs, from scheduling to impact evaluation (L1–L3).
- Aid in performance management processes, including data preparation and documentation for KPI setting, monitoring sessions, and appraisal cycles.
- Contribute to talent mapping and psychological assessments through data handling and report drafting.
- Participate in organizational structure updates and job analysis documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for OD and PD projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Psychology (Industrial & Organizational/Clinical), Human Resource Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest or background in Organizational Development, Training & Development, or Industrial Psychology.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal communication.
- Comfortable working onsite in Karawaci, Tangerang (no remote option but allowed to request time off for specific personal matters with prior notice).
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
