About the Role
As a Human Resource Intern, you’ll primarily support the recruitment and hiring process across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR team to help ensure a smooth candidate experience while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing startup environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in recruitment and people operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to interview coordination.
- Screen CVs and assist in identifying suitable candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in job posting across hiring platforms and employer branding initiatives.
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring journey.
- Support onboarding administration for new hires.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months preferred).
