Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee staff scheduling across Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl’s companies.
- Ensure all employee records, contracts, and schedules are up to date.
- Coordinate and monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance metrics.
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts professionally.
- Collaborate with department heads to align staff management with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to management.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and oversee training sessions to enhance employee skills and development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
