Deskripsi Pekerjaan
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation review, employee movements, and offboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment activities and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
Performance Management & Talent Development
- Coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Support employee development programs, training initiatives, and succession planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee productivity and engagement.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Administration
- Coordinate payroll-related activities and employee benefits administration with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor HR policies and recommend improvements when necessary.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support organizational change management and employee well-being programs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. HR Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Ensure readiness for audits and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, software development, digital platform, or startup environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience handling employee engagement and organizational development initiatives. - Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
