Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings and conducting initial interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and helping new hires acclimate.
- Address employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate Must Able to speak, Read and Write English and National language.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Good communication skill.
- Dynamic and Pleasing Personality.
- Computer Skill.
