Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Administer and support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate performance management processes and employee development programs.
Assist in benefits administration, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.
Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and English.
Available to start immediately.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
