- Actively participate in live streaming as part of talent branding and recruitment efforts
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with talents
- Support talent development and performance improvement
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the media and entertainment industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate talents
- Bonus point: prior experience as a Talent Manager
