Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle legal matters related to corporate, employment, and entertainment law
- Draft & review contracts (MoUs, talent agreements, partnerships, leases, etc.)
- Tackle employee-related legal issues: from contracts to conflict resolution
- Work with notaries, government bodies (hello BKPM đ), and other key stakeholders
- Ensure weâre always on the right side of Indonesian law (UU PT, Cipta Kerja, etc.)
- Support with OSS system & licensing processes
- Keep our internal policies sharp, up-to-date, and legally sound
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal teams & talents
- Occasionally represent the company in legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research & share best practices
- Educate and guide the team on legal stuff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Masterâs degree in Law (LL.M.) is a plus.
- Min of 2 years of experience working in a reputable law firm, with a focus on corporate law.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Company Law (UU PT and Cipta Kerja) and familiarity with the OSS system and Ministry of Investment (BKPM) regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
