Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Support the People Business Partners while partnering with cross-functional teams globally to ensure that our people objectives align with business objectives
  2. Build strong rapport and trust with people managers and individual contributors to understand and provide counsel on people & culture challenges
  3. Support people programs and culture initiatives that cultivate an environment which elevate the growth, productivity, and engagement
  4. Coach and advise managers on employee relations and talent management (learning & development, performance reviews, employee experience)
  5. Work cross-functionally within the People & Talent team, and acting as a strategic advisor to the People Business Partners and providing internal support and driving impactful initiatives and programs
  6. Respond to employee inquiries on policies, employee benefits and other people matters in a timely manner

Kualifikasi

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related fields
  2. Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
  3. A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
  4. Excellent English communication skills - convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships
  5. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
  7. Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
