Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You can expect to:
- Creating recruitment plan and calendar according to operation
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment process
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, warning letters, contract, etc
- Conducting onboarding and educating newly hired employees and helping plan training & development
- Developing and implementing human resource policies
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Support and promote Pensieve's works of ethics and culture
- Addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive employee relations environment
Kualifikasi
Specific to this role:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, psychology, business, or related field
- Knowledge of end to end recruitment process
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytically driven
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
