Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Align HR initiatives with business objectives by supporting workforce planning and succession planning
Oversee performance management and leadership development
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of employees

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree from all major
Minimum 3 years experience in HRBP role or within HR area
Proficient in English, having Mandarin skill is highly advantageous
Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
