- Conduct comprehensive job and business process analyses to identify areas for organizational development and improvement.
- Lead the creation of new departments and the identification of missing positions to support Baltini's growth and strategic objectives.
- Review current team members' roles and performance, ensuring alignment with business needs and identifying opportunities for development and optimization.
- Develop and implement HR practices across the organization, including SOPs, company rules, performance review systems, and KPI/OKR settings, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage human resources budgeting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet organizational needs and support strategic goals.
- Work closely with department heads and management to facilitate effective HR planning and address HR-related challenges.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports Baltini's culture, values, and mission.
- Stay abreast of best practices in HR management and organizational development, incorporating innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experiences as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic / managerial HR role, with a strong focus on organizational development, HR practices, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability in job analysis, business process analysis, HR budgeting, and setting performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
- Excellent understanding of HR practices and legal regulations in the workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management and organizational development.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in the e-commerce or luxury retail sectors.
