We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day HR administrative processes. This role will ensure that all HR operations run smoothly, from asset management and employee services to HRIS management, compliance with regulations, and event coordination. This is a key position that supports the effective functioning of the People team and ensures seamless HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Asset Management: Manage company assets, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of employee equipment and resources. This role also required mobility to electronic service station to ensure asset are well maintained.
  2. Employee Service: Provide support to employees for various HR-related queries and requests, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  3. HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
  4. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining proper documentation and reports.
  5. BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan: Manage employee registrations and ensure timely payments for BPJS Health and Ketenagakerjaan (Indonesia’s social security and health insurance programs), addressing any issues as they arise.
  6. Event Management: Plan and execute internal events such as employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR-related events.
  7. Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth integration, and manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and asset returns.
  8. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve HR operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or related HR roles.
  3. Experience managing HRIS and working with BPJS Health and Ketenagakerjaan.
  4. Strong understanding of HR processes, employee service, and compliance requirements.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
