Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processes
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
- Manage daily HR operations and drive consistency across business units
- Lead the development and alignment of the HR team to improve performance and consistency
- Build and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven ability to build, restructure, or improve HR functions
- Hands-on ownership of payroll, recruitment, and HR operations
- Experience working in complex or fast-changing environments
- Strong judgment balancing employee and business needs
