Responsibilities:
- Develop programs to ensure a working environment where those who practice Billstone’s™ values, and those who are aligned with our vision and mission are recognized and rewarded.
- Create a work culture that keeps people happy and engaged.
- Develop policies & strategies for talent acquisition, training, performance evaluation, employee retention, compensation & benefits, etc.
- Manage and build systems for GA & Legal department.
- Counsel other leaders by providing advice on manpower planning, managing employees, and cultivating the ideal culture.
- Work together with marketing team to create content for employer branding.
- Recruit team members.
- Conduct general training.
- Plan and execute company events and activities.
- Monitor the company’s team-building rituals.
- Ensure accurate payroll.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- More than 4 years of experience in HR & GA.
- More than 2 years of experience in managing a team.
