 Responsibilities:

• Develop programs to ensure a working environment where those who practice Billstone’s™ values, and those who are aligned with our vision and mission are recognized and rewarded.
• Create a work culture that keeps people happy and engaged.
• Develop policies & strategies for talent acquisition, training, performance evaluation, employee retention, compensation & benefits, etc.
• Manage and build systems for GA & Legal department.
• Counsel other leaders by providing advice on manpower planning, managing employees, and cultivating the ideal culture.
• Work together with marketing team to create content for employer branding.
• Recruit team members.
• Conduct general training.
• Plan and execute company events and activities.
• Monitor the company’s team-building rituals.
• Ensure accurate payroll.
