Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Designing and implementing employee programs to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying employee needs and preferences to create a supportive work environment.
- Acting as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication regarding company issues and policies.
- Organizing internal events such as team-building activities, workshops, or discussion sessions to strengthen employee relationships.
- Employee Issue Handling.
- Collaborating with departments to design and support career development, training, or mentoring programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in technology sector
- Proven experience in talent engagement, employee relations, or similar HR functions
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing employee engagement programs
- Experience in creating and managing performance management systems
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration in the IT industry
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Understanding of data analytics and its application in HR decision-making
- Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective is a plus
