Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Supervise work activities in personnel such as the use of HRIS, provision of timely wage data, relations between management and workers (industrial relations), and organizing employee activities to harmonize relations between management and employees
  • Facilitate and map out employee competency development programs both in terms of soft skills and hard skills
  • Meeting workforce needs (recruitment process according to company needs)

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Management / Law
  • Experienced as group team leader/section head for 3-4 years
  • Have a thorough understanding of employment regulations and general regulations
  • Understand the payroll process
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Understand the 5R program
  • Master the concept of human development, organizational behavior, and learning concepts
  • Master interview techniques and recruitment systems
  • Have a good knowledge of competency, psychodiagnostic, and counseling techniques
  • Able to become a trainer/Train The Trainer
