Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, Budget , Proses Business and procedures across the organizational.
Bridge management and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Manage & Fulfill the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Provide Training & Development Process

Kualifikasi

Min. Bachelor's Degree from psychology, management, or any major that relevant.
Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources generalist.
Have the experience to manage end to end HR business process.
Good understanding of labor laws in Indonesia and their application.
High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity and respect for confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and be time-sensitive to tasks that are critical, challenge back when needed.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Cooperative & Adaptive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
