Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and Organizational Development.
- Oversee recruitment initiatives, ensuring effective talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Guide the HRBP team in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement organizational development programs, performance review systems, and define KPIs/OKRs for the organization.
Kualifikasi
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech startup.
- Experience in at least 3 HR areas (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits).
- Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple HR functions and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll management).
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
