- Monitor and manage employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance productivity
- Analyze workforce needs to design career paths for employees.
- Manage the hiring process, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
- Oversee onboarding programs to support new hires' smooth integration.
- Organize internal meetings to assess team development needs.
- Plan and execute training programs that address skill gaps and promote professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR functions, particularly in performance management, career planning, and recruitment.
- Proficiency in developing HR SOPs and facilitating training sessions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
