Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the fulfillment of all channels is executed in alignment with daily target specifications, meeting fundamental metrics for both quality and quantity.
- Develop and maintain a weekly schedule for the production team.
- Monitor and manage the tracking system for inventory movement from the inbound area to the production floor, including recording waste into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Establish production target tables and daily schedules to optimize operations.
- Oversee and ensure the productivity of daily workers aligns with operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, production management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, warehouse operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and production tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for production schedules and target tables.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills to develop and manage production plans.
