Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Build new module of HRIS System
Improve existing modules of HRIS System
Gather user requirements and coordinate with related users for new project development
Create project scope, business process and mockup system based on user discussion and submit it to IT Team
Act as project coordinator and bridging between IT team and HR User

Kualifikasi

Minimum education of Bachelors degree from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
Minimun 2 years of experience as HR Specialist/ consultant
Strong data analytics skill and ability to operate SQL based system
Strong project management skills
Strong problem solving and communication Skills
