Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and final selection, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates
  2. Manage and organize employee documents such as personal information and employment contracts (promotion, demotion, resignation, transfer)
  3. Overseeing and supervising the work performed by other HR Staff
  4. Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, uniform, menu board, etc. As well as managing inventory levels to ensure that essential items are always available.
  5. Responsible for managing the inventory of supplies, utensils, and uniforms, ensuring alignment between physical stock and the inventory system by accurately updating records for any outgoing items
  6. Control overtime records by cross-checking with production leads, depot managers, or Jago Party for Jagoan's
  7. Analyzes demoted Jagoan's performance with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) to identify issues, provide feedback, and aid improvement
  8. Recap all internal expenses incurred by the organization using an ERP system
  9. Responsible for maintain company assets
  10. Manage the performance appraisal process, including setting performance goals, 360 review, providing feedback, and facilitating PIP as needed
  11. Managing employee development programs, including training and engagement initiatives.
  12. Provide counseling and mediation for employee relations issues as needed.
  13. Oversee the HRIS & ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, data integrity, and efficient utilization of HR technology.
  14. Disciplining Staff who violate rules or standard operating procedures such as absenteeism without valid reasons or others.
  15. Run Payroll
  16. Generate HR reports and metrics to track performance indicators, analyze trends, and inform strategic decision-making for HR improvement.

Kualifikasi

  1. Must possess excellent interview skills
  2. Minimum 1 year experience as HR Supervisor / Lead
  3. Minimum education S1 in Psychology / Human Resource Management
  4. Proficient in operating computers & HRIS is a must
  5. Proficient with work tools such as Gdrive, Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide, or other workspaces.
  6. Willing to work on a shift schedule, Monday-Saturday
  7. Capable of working using own laptop
