Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and personal data
Handling end-to-end monthly payroll / compensation benefit and employee benefits processing
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure HR documentation and filing systems are well organized and up to date
Support the implementation of HR policies and company regulations
Handle routine employee inquiries related to HR matters
Assist in organizing training and development programs
Support General Affairs activities such as office maintenance, asset tracking, and vendor coordination
Monitor office supplies and ensure availability of operational needs
Assist in preparing HRGA reports and administrative documents

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years or more experience in HRGA or HR-related roles (strong in payroll & ms. excel)
Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, administration, IR, learning & development)
Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations
Proficient in HRIS (Talenta) & Microsoft Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Willing to learn and grow in HR and General Affairs functions
Willing to join ASAP in April 2026 & WFO in BSD, Tangerang
