Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct administrative and operational HR duties: organize and maintain personnel records in HRIS to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date, preparing HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain and purchase office supplies needs, ensuring all office supplies are always available and in accordance with the department needs
- Assist payroll update by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event, townhall session, etc)
- Assist recruitment & selection administrative activities in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree all major with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Minimum 1 years full-time experience in HRGA function or similar position
- Willing commute to office minimum 2x/week, preferable stay in South or Central Jakarta Area
- Required Competencies: Recruitment, HR Administrative, General Affairs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high initiave, fast learner, and very high details
- Passionate to learn and improve in human resources
- Good command in English both verbal and written
