Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement employee training and development programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between management and employees.
- Handle conflict resolution and employee guidance.
- Manage HR activities
- Maintain staff discipline while keeping a positive work environment.
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with performance and behavioral standards.
- Develop HR policies tailored to a field-based transport operation.
Kualifikasi
- Preferably male, with high mobility (frequent travel between Surabaya and Probolinggo).
- Experience in HR operations, ideally in logistics, transport, or manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management ability.
- Skilled at balancing strict and flexible approaches in staff management.
- Hands-on and comfortable with high interaction in the field.
- Strong conflict resolution and people management abilities.
