Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan perekrutan dan seleksi karyawan baru.
- Menyusun program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan.
- Memastikan kebijakan dan prosedur HR terpenuhi dan diterapkan secara konsisten.
- Mengelola administrasi dan dokumentasi karyawan.
- Memberikan dukungan dalam manajemen kinerja dan evaluasi karyawan.
- Mengelola program kompensasi dan tunjangan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal Sarjana di bidang terkait (Manajemen SDM, Psikologi, atau sejenisnya).
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang HRD atau fungsi terkait.
- Memahami hukum ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim.
- Kemampuan berpikir analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
