Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Manage employee data, attendance, and document processing.
- Develop and implement HR systems (SOPs, job descriptions, KPIs, etc.).
- Handle General Affairs services (e.g., requests, maintenance, office supplies).
- Assist in organizing employee events and activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree with at least 1 year of experience in HR & GA roles.
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Knowledge of psychological testing and BEI interviews.
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to multitask.
- Can start immediately.
