Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store
- Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting
- Prepare training tools and training equipment
- Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program
- Monitor apprenticeships program
- Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation
- Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in deliver training with minimum 3 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry
- Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Passionate in teaching and developing people
- Fluent in English
- Have training certification will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in AEON BSD
