Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- End to End Payroll Process
- Establish communication and coordination for relationships with internal (between the Union, employees, management) & external parties
- Ensure the SOP related to the department is implemented & updated
- Resolving industrial relations disputes starting from SP, PHK, Disnaker
- Handling employee issues, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a harmonious work environment
- Conduct employee recruitment and selection. Conduct psychological tests, interviews and placement of candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll, Employee Relation/Industrial Relation or Recruitment, both will be a plus
- Has good knowledge of recent trends and adjustment in Labor Law
- Confident communicating in English, both written and spoken (is a must)
- Willing to work mobile where necessary
- Creativity and always finding other ways that work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to solve
- Proactive, outstanding negotiation skills, able to build a genuine connection with employees, clients, or other concerned parties
- willing to be places in Majalaya, Bandung Regency
