Job Descriptions
- Report to Head of HR
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and satisfaction.
- Manage payroll and compensation benefits to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and contribute to procedural reviews.
- Collaborate with General Service Supervisor and IT Security Surveillance on employee relations and workplace policies.
- Maintain a positive work environment for approximately 100 employees.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong background in union labor management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to enhance employee management and satisfaction.
