Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct training to all employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store.
- Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting
- Prepare training tools and training equipment
- Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program
- Monitor apprenticeships program
- Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation
- Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology or any major.
- Proven experience of training delivery with minimum 4 years as Trainer preferably in Retail Industry
- Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Passionate in teaching and developing people
- Fluent in English
- Have training certification will be an advantage
- Willing to work in shifts following Operational Hours of Mall.
- Willing to Placement in AEON Mall BSD
