Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Occasionally visit project sites across Indonesia to support HR activities and employee needs.
  2. Provide comprehensive HR administrative support.
  3. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  4. Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  5. Support the implementation of HR programs and projects to enhance employee development and wellbeing.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Diploma in Social Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Open for fresh graduates; 1–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment.
  4. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  6. Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites throughout Indonesia when needed.
