Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, scheduling, interviews, and offering)
- Source and reach out to qualified candidates for current open positions
- Handle HR administration, including employment contracts, employee data, and other HR documentation
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Implement training and employee development programs
- Maintain positive employee relations within the organization
- Prepare and update HR reports on a regular basis
Kualifikasi
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Extensive knowledge in recruitment, selection and training.
- Understand the psychological test tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet application.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic and highly motivated.
