Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify training needs based on departmental and company requirements.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and prepare reports on training outcomes.
- Manage the training and employee competency database.
- Ensure compliance with training documentation requirements for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure the implementation of mid-year and year-end employee performance evaluations.
- Facilitate probationary evaluations for new employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Education
- At least 1 year of experience in training and development or 2 years as an HR Generalist is a plus
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic to intermediate English
- Skilled in training management, public speaking, and presentations
- Possession of a BNSP HR certification or Training-of-Trainers certification is a plus
