Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Contribute to HR documentation, including policies, SOPs, and reports.
- Assist in managing internal communications and promoting a positive work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace.
- Passion for people management and creating a positive workplace culture.
