- Willingness to comply with regulations related to occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L).
- Do HR-related job, such as: maintain employee data and administration, manage reports, data analysis, etc.
- Performs communications to employees regarding company HR rules.
- Collaborates with all team members in all HR Project/Activities.
- Planning and Needs Analysis

- Selection and Interview Process
- Offering and Onboarding
- Management and Branding
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Union Relations and Negotiations
- Employee Grievance Management
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, LAW, or any related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
- A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent English communication skills - convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
- Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
- Willing to be placed in Cianjur.
