We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Internal team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of positions, from staff-level to leadership roles, including both white-collar and blue-collar workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or headhunting, and a good understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate management, particularly in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Identify and engage top talent using various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, etc.).
- Manage a high volume of roles across different functions and levels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven experience sourcing for various roles including staff, management, head level, blue-collar or white-collar positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak English
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors or with a headhunter firm is a strong plus.
