Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process – Oversee job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, psychological tests, and background checks.
Develop Recruitment Strategies – Identify effective hiring strategies to attract top talent and improve the hiring process.
Conduct Interviews & Assessments – Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, tests, and reference checks.
Build & Maintain Talent Pool – Develop a strong database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers – Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure a good fit for the organization.
Employer Branding & Networking – Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer through job fairs, social media, and professional networks.
Ensure Compliance – Adhere to labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices in recruitment.
Monitor & Improve Recruitment Metrics – Track key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience to optimize recruitment efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least S1 in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related major.
- Understand employee recruitment & selection process (CV screening, interview, psychological test, and background check).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, thorough, and detail-oriented.
- Interest or experience in F&B Industry is a plus.
- Willing to work On-Site in Surabaya.
