Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain the manpower planning
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment & provide feedback accordingly
- Review the salary offer that aligns with the company's regulation
- Assist and administrative tasks to complete the candidate onboarding process
- Handle the probation evaluation and conduct the exit Interview
- Update the recruitment and staffing reports
- Keep updating the recruitment trends and utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or Management (SDM)
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Good Analytical skills to address issues and improve processes
