Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve recruitment and people development processes.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in recruitment and employee development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and organizational fit.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- A proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
