Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs
- Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Manage employee benefits administration including insurance and retirement plans
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of salaries and deductions
- Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations
- Handle compensation data analysis and prepare related reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years or more experience in compensation & benefits or payroll administration
- Proven experience in managing a team and effectively collaborating with cross-functional departments
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and tax laws (PPh 21, BPJS)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR information systems
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
