Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end HR operational processes for outsourced employees
- Handle employee administration, contracts, attendance, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and field employees to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related discipline
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR Operations (outsourcing background is an advantage)
- Strong grasp of HR administration and workforce coordination
- Proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy
