Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle end-to-end HR Operations administrative task
- - Process monthly payroll (collect, verify, and input payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions)
- - Administer employee benefits, Medical claim, medical insurance, BPJS, and related documentation
- - Maintain and update accurate 201 employee files (physical & digital)
- - Manage expatriate documentation (KITAS, IMTA, visa, SKTT, RPTKA, etc.)
- - Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners
- - Support internal HR projects, employee engagement programs, and audits
- - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
