Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Carry out end-to-end learning & development (training) program processes or activities to organizational needs.
- Engage with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, from pitching sessions to training, and learning.
- Handling the end-to-end recruitment processes & talent acquisition
- Ensuring and evaluating employee performance appraisal runs well for the maintenance of employee productivity.
- Managing and monitoring HR functions including organizational development, personnel admin, etc.
- Taking full responsibility for all annual leave, attendance records, and other reports.
- Assist with all internal & external HR-related matters and day-to-day management of human resources operations
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an HR Development or Recruiter.
- Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, and adult learning principles.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and adapt fast in dynamic situations setting.
- Proactive and collaborative.
- Energetic, high mobility, and fast learner.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
